Therapeutic grade essential oils of orange, tangerine, wintergreen, ylang ylang, and spruce are used in this product and contain the following therapeutic properties:

Orange: The sweet fragrance of orange induces a sense of relaxation and encourages uplifting, feel good emotions. It is a sunny and radiant oil, bringing happiness and warmth to the mind and helps people to relax and helps children to sleep at night.

Tangerine: is a powerful antioxidant and, like orange, also induces feelings of wellness, happiness, and joy.  Tangerine also boosts the immune system. Tangerine oil is soothing to the nervous system and has a tonic effect on the digestive system. It is also useful for the skin increasing circulation and reducing fluid retention.

Wintergreen: A soothing oil that is particularly useful for relieving stressed muscles and head tension. It is most often used to relieve aches and pains and acts as an anti-inflammatory. It is also known for its ability to stimulate the mind.

Ylang Ylang: Traditionally used to relax the mind and bring balance to the emotions. It is also helpful in suppressing negative emotions of frustration and anger. Ylang-ylang has a euphoric and sedative effect on the nervous system and helps with anxiety, tension, shock, fear and panic.

Spruce: grounds you, allowing you to come back to the present moment and to what is truly real and important. Spruce has traditionally been used in Native American ceremonial settings to help one connect to Spirit and release negativity and ego.
